How To Use

DIRECTIONS: 1. TO DEFROST, OPEN ZIPPER OF BAG AND PLACE BAG IN MICROWAVE OVEN FOR 40 SECONDS ON HIGH SETTING. 2. AFTER DEFROSTING IN MICROWAVE, REMOVE ROTLA FROM BAG. 3. PLACE ROTLA ON HEATED GRIDDLE (TAWA) FOR 1 MINUTE ON ONE SIDE AND FLIP TO HEAT THE OTHER SIDE FOR ANOTHER 45 SECONDS. 4. USING TONGS, PLACE ROTLA DIRECTLY OVER FLAME* FOR 1 TO 2 MINUTES, FLIPPING UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. 5. FOR BEST TASTE, SPREAD DEEP'S GHEE OR BUTTER AND SERVE. IN KEEPING WITH GUJARATI TRADITION, ALSO SERVE WITH DEEP'S JAGGERY AND DEEP'S GARLIC CHUTNEY.
