How To Use

DIRECTIONS:
1. Add 1 1/2 cup (350 mL) lukewarm water into Dosa Instant Mix and whip. Set batter aside for a minimum of 15 minutes.
2. Whip the batter once more before preparing Dosa.
3. Oil a flat pan, and place over medium heat. Pour a thin layer of batter, to the required size. and cook slowly, Dot the edges with oil and cook until golden brown.

4. Carefully clean pan with wet cloth and then oil again before starting next Dosa.
5. Stuff Dosa with your favorite filling like Spicy Potatoes or Banana Masala.
6. Serve Dosa with Deep's Coconut Chutney or Sambhar
