How To Use

FOR BEST AROMA: STOVE TOP

Wash 1 cup of Rice in cold water until water is clear.

Soak rice in 2 1/2 cups of water for 10-15 minutes in cooking pot.

Optional: Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter).

Bring to boil. Stir, cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

FOR FLUFFY RICE: BOILING METHOD

Wash 1 cup of Rice in cold water until water is clear.

Add 5 cups of water to washed Rice, and 1/4 tsp salt (optional) and bring to a boil.

Boil for about 15 minutes.

Pour rice into strainer and drain well.

Transfer the Rice into container. Add 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) (optional), mix well and cover.

FOR CONVENIENCE: MICROWAVE (1100 WATT)

Wash 1 cup of Rice in cold water until water is clear.

Soak washed Rice in 2 cups of water for 10-15 minutes in microwave safe bowl.

Optional: Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter).

Stir, cover with plastic wrap and cook on high setting (1100 WATT) for 13 minutes.
