How To Use

DIRECTIONS:
Gota-
1. Empty Packet into a bowl, add 125 ml. (1/2 cup) Water and gently mix using a whisk.
2. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes.
3. Whip batter once more before deep frying.
4. Deep fry Gota in Medium-Hot Vegetable Oil 175°C (350°F) until golden brown.
Chutney-
1. Combine Chutney Powder, 100 g (1/2 cup) Sugar or Jaggery (Gor) and 250 ml. (1 cup) Water, Mix well.
2. Boill about 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Let stand 5 minutes, enjoy warm with Gota.
