How To Use

DIRECTIONS
1. Precare Idli Cooker,
2. Empty Packet into a bowl, add 325 ml. (1+1/2 cup) Lukewarm Water and gently mix with a whisk.
3. Let stand for 10 minutes.
4. Lightly grease idli mould with Vegetable Oil and pour 2 tbsp of batter into each mould section.
5. Steam for about 15 minutes.
6. Brush Idli with Vegetable Oto prevent drying.
7. Serve with Deep coconut chutney Sambhar
