How To Use

1. Remove khichiya from bag. 
2. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan. test oil temperature with a small piece of khichiya to check for immediate frying (khichiya should expand and "bubble up" instantly). 
3. Using tongs, individually fry each khichiya for 5-7 seconds. 
4. Remove khichiya and place on paper towel to drain excess oil. note: color will continue to darken after removing from oil.
