How To Use

DIRECTIONS:
(Approximate total cooking time: 20 minutes)
1. Boil 2 1/2 cups (600 mL) water in a deep, thick-bottomed pan (2 quart).
2. Add Khichu Instant Mix to boiling water and stir continuously with wooden spoon to cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
3. Cover pan and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
4. Remove pan from heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
5. Stir cooked product once more for even mixing.
6. Serve hot with edible vegetable oil and/or Aachar masala.
