How To Use

DIRECTIONS: 1. DEFROST AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL MATHIA IS EASY TO SEPARATE. PEEL EACH PIECE CAREFULLY. 2. HEAT VEGETABLE OIL IN FRYING PAN. TEST OIL TEMPERATURE WITH A SMALL PIECE OF MATHIA TO CHECK TO SEE IF MATHIA FRIES IMMEDIATELY (MATHIA SHOULD EXPAND AND 'BUBBLE UP' INSTANTLY). 3. USING TONGS, INDIVIDUALLY FRY EACH MATHIA FOR ONLY A FEW SECONDS (2-5 SECONDS IS USUALLY ENOUGH). REMOVE THE MATHIA AND PLACE OVER PAPER TOWEL TO DRAIN EXCESS OIL. NOTE: COLOR WILL CONTINUE TO DARKEN AFTER REMOVING FROM OIL.
